Personal data regarding employee candidates and our group companies/subsidiaries' employee candidates are processed for the purposes of evaluating job applications and managing relevant human resources processes.

Personal data is obtained and processed directly from you or from third-party employment platforms, in physical and electronic environments, by automatic and non-automatic means, through means such as e-mail and telephone conversations, face-to-face interviews or the use of electronic systems and platforms.

The legal basis for collecting personal data is the establishment of a contract within the scope of the application, the necessity for the legitimate interests of Arena Bilgisayar, and in some limited cases, your explicit consent.
